Weight = 155.5 lbs - down 7 lbs. Still bloated, but feeling healthier.
March 27th
Still big, I was not following Wheat Belly properly yet. I lost 5 lbs though and had hope that this new lifestyle would work.
March 20th
Fat, unhealthy, depressed, angry, disgusting
Time for a change...
